We collect only what is necessary to run the app:

• Your name and email address via Google Sign-In
• Your workout logs and progress data
• Basic usage data to improve the app

• We never sell your data - not now, not ever
• We don't share your data with third parties for marketing
• We don't store payment card details - payments are handled securely by TRADING33.
• We don't send spam or unsolicited emails

• To provide your account and personalise your experience
• To save your workout logs and progress tracking
• To process your subscription via TRADING33.
• To improve the app based on usage patterns

Your data is stored securely. We retain only what is necessary for the app to function. We do not store sensitive personal information beyond your name, email, and workout history.

If you are based in the UK or EU you have the following rights:

• The right to access the data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to delete your account and all associated data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, use the Delete Account option on the Pro page.

You can delete your account any time from the Pro page. Deletion happens straight away - your profile, workout logs, saved plans, custom workouts, coaching requests, and subscription records are removed from our systems, and your login is cleared. This can't be undone, so if you have an active subscription please cancel it first to stop future billing.

We use minimal cookies necessary for the app to function including keeping you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the following third party services:

• Google Sign-In for authentication
• TRADING33. for payment processing

Each of these services has their own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data.

KETTLEBURPEES is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

For any privacy questions or data requests, message us directly in the Support chat inside the app. We usually reply within 24 hours.
