KETTLEBURPEES is a fitness training app providing kettlebell EMOMs, burpee challenges, and combo workouts. It is operated in partnership with TRADING33. Payments may appear as TRADING33. on your bank statement.

By creating an account and using KETTLEBURPEES, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, we'd kindly ask you not to use the app.

KETTLEBURPEES is a fitness tool, not medical advice. Please train within your limits and at your own pace. If you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop and rest. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are coming back from an injury, please check with your doctor before starting. You're in charge of your own training decisions.

• Monthly subscription: £14.99 per month (+ VAT where applicable)
• Annual subscription: £119.99 per year (+ VAT where applicable)
• Payments are processed by TRADING33. and may appear as TRADING33. on your statement
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from the Pro page
• Subscriptions are non-refundable. This covers partial billing periods, unused time after cancelling, and automatic renewals. You can cancel any time to stop future charges, but previous payments can't be refunded.

Six free workouts are available without a subscription: EKB-01, BR-01, CO-B1, SF-S1, CO-B5, and REC-01. Each free workout can be logged for KB Points once per account; further logs and the remaining workouts and training plans require an active Pro subscription.

• You must be 16 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure
• We use Google Sign-In for authentication - we do not store any password
• You can delete your account any time from the Pro page. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.

The workouts, training plans, content, and the KETTLEBURPEES name and branding belong to KETTLEBURPEES and TRADING33. Please don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our permission.

KETTLEBURPEES and TRADING33. can't be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage from using the app or its workouts. Please train responsibly and within your physical capabilities.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
