Health and Safety Guidelines

KETTLEBURPEES is a fitness tool, not medical advice. Train at your own risk and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury, talk to a doctor before starting.

New to kettlebells?

Form first, weight second. Kettlebell lifts are technical - swings, cleans, snatches and Turkish get-ups all reward good mechanics and punish bad ones. Build a solid foundation before adding load.

Coach in your pocket

Pro members get a direct line to a coach in the support chat - ask questions, send progress photos, get form feedback. No bookings, no extra fees.
